Great Patrick Street (pictured above) and Swanston House (below) will provide 474 and 317 beds respectively.
Student Roost’s PBSAs offer built-in, student-friendly features, including study/socialising areas, all-inclusive bills, super-fast WiFi, 24-hour on-site security and support staff.
Student Roost has another central Belfast property in its pipeline, and recently acquired the 413-bed John Bell House in College Square.
“These fantastic new properties could only have come about with the support of Belfast City Council and the city's two universities,” said Tim Butler, chief executive at Student Roost.
“The issues were frequently complex – as they often are – but we never lost sight of our shared vision and ambition for the city.

“Yes, Belfast is a great historic city, but it understands that its future is in being a modern place to work, invest and study.”
Tim felt that modern PBSA was a big part of that picture.
“One of the reasons why we’ve been able to build is our value strategy.
“Our students get an affordable home from home, which puts their needs and welfare first.”
The two developments have created over 300 construction jobs and the buildings will employee a further 20 permanent staff members.
