Student Roost has another central Belfast property in its pipeline, and recently acquired the 413-bed John Bell House in College Square.

“These fantastic new properties could only have come about with the support of Belfast City Council and the city's two universities,” said Tim Butler, chief executive at Student Roost.

Tim felt that modern PBSA was a big part of that picture.

The two developments have created over 300 construction jobs and the buildings will employee a further 20 permanent staff members.
